Day 5 - Fasting Day
This is Day 5 of the Get Fit 4 Christ program. So far so good! I feel great! Today is our fast day and I have to admit it hasn't been too bad. I had good prayer time this morning and just woke up feeling very blessed and favored. God is really good all the time!! I do have to admit as it gets closer to the time I know I can eat my stomach is getting more persistent but I wil make it. Also, just an FYI be careful of drinking a whole lot of apple juice on an empty stomach. Let's just say doesn't make for a good combination…LOL! I went grocery shopping last night and picked up some foods to prepare for next weeks meal plan. I still have a few more things to get. Based on Lyle's meal plan we still get to eat a variety of good foods and often so I am looking forward to next week to get this started. The remainder of this week I am just going to continue to eat sensible and write down everything I eat. The workouts have been really good this week too. I really like the DVD workout that Lyle has put together. It is high-intensity but short and to the point and after you have completed it you feel like you got a good workout in.

Day 1 and 2 of Get Fit 4 Christ
So this is Day 2 of Get Fit 4 Christ. Let me give recap of Day 1. I feel great! I am keeping a journal of my food in a notebook as well as comments on how I feel that day. Yesterday was a good day. I ate well and did my homework workout as well as workout at the studio. I read my word of John Chapter 1-7. I just got off work. Day 2 has been good as well. I have been watching what I eat and writing "EVERYTHING" down that I put in my mouth. I am about to get some of my bible reading in before I am off to bootcamp tonight for a good workout. I also have been thinking of things I would like to improve or do better as the the days go by in the program. One thing I know I need to get better at is drinking more water. So that is a goal of mine to be more conscious of drinking more water throughout the day. It is all a process but I am determined to be successful in this program and endeavor.
